Carnival

Every year the carnival comes into town around this time for Cinco De Mayo. Toni is a sucker for carnivals (and I secretly enjoy them too, but don't tell her). We both spent time reminiscing about the carnivals we attended in Utah as kids (we are getting old to be remembering the good old days). Anyhow, we decided it was only fitting to take Paxton to his first Carnival. He slept the entire walk there and 30 minutes of walking around (through the super loud mariachi band), which permitted Toni to play games and buy a carmel apple (which she would later let Paxton lick the carmel from the apple - he loved it!).

After playing darts, she won a cookie monster for the teething monster.

He also tried his first snow cone....

and wasn't sure what to think about how cold it was.....

but he liked it, cause he tasted it more than once!

We all enjoyed the visit to the Carnival and it was fun to introduce Paxton to a favorite of ours (we tried to ride the merry go round and they wouldn't let us - said he was too small - haha he isn't small).
